So what do we do and charge...

Fully Inclusive Service

First year to 5th April 2026 no charges !!!

If you have started trading after 5th April 2025 and before 5th April 2026 there will be no charges until April 2026.

If you have started trading before 5th April 2025 and have outstanding tax returns there will be a one off charge of £150.00 including vat to bring you up to date.

Our monthly charges will then commence in April 2026, and these are £38.40 per month. Please note this is a month by month contract ** and does not relate to any particular tax year.

Cloud Based Book Keeping System

We use Xero for our cloud based service and although Xero currently Charge £16+vat = £19.20 per month we can offer this add on at £3.00 per week (or £13.00 per month including VAT).

** Twelve months minimum assuming we have prepared and submitted at least one tax return.
